Some snapshots of my painting process ✨ This is not a painting tutorial btw. I just worked until it looks decent -✦- [ #art #myart #artwork #artsky #illustration #digitalart #ocart #ocsky #warframe #warframeart #warframefanart ]

1: Drafting a thumbnail sketch and "seeing a big picture".

At this phase I didn't focus on details yet. I began with large simplified shapes, separate them in layers so I could easily move the elements around if I needed to adjust the composition.

Since I would redraw and refine a lot when I painted, I only mapped out the shapes with outlines, light and dark hierarchy and skipped doing line art.

2: Applying the base colors and painting.

I had everything in separate layers so I simply rendered each section of the painting bit by bit, and adjusted the shapes accordingly.

4: The result! I painted the background and foreground, then post-processed the image before dropping it online.

✨Just a glimpse Fornax It's very challenging to paint this scene for how little reference I could gather from yet unreleased update. Didn't prevent me from taking a gamble heh! ✧ #warframe #warframetau #warframefanart #warframeart #brysko ✧ #artwork #artshare #artsky -✦- carrd ✦ vgen

A fan illustration depicting a black rain scene from the upcoming Warframe Tau update. Brysko the "Chimeraframe" is smoking in the foreground. There's a hologram of Larynde the Sentient blending in the Fornax city-scape background.

I made another OC in-game today and felt the need to draw sth quick! Feasgaran, a former Nightmare Courtier who deserted his position after the fall of Faolain's reign. Soon he embraced the high seas and air as a crewman under the Pact. #sketch ✦ #oc #guildwars2 ✦ #guildwars ✦ #gw2 ✦ #gw2art

Hi, I'm Kwimael. I enjoy drawing fantasy themes and hope to work on larger scaled illustrations. Not trying to break into the industry under current art climate but I'm always open for rare independent opportunities. Info: kwimael.carrd.co #PortfolioDay #fantasyart #promosky #artsky
