Some high school students reached out for an interview for a short doc on #reproductiverights. Given the sensitive nature I asked for an official from their school to confirm who they were. I chatted with them today. NO ONE else responded to them. PEOPLE, we have to mentor our young folks.

All great books and docs. Check out my new memoir about a historic Everest climb in Tibet, 1988, the East Face only climbed once before but we used no oxygen or Sherpa support. An era before paid guiding. I was the “doctor” but only a 25-yr-old med student, and the only woman.

Women died in GA as a result of the abortion ban. We found out because the state’s maternal mortality committee members spoke to Politico. So GA fired the whole committee of #medical professionals to stop “leaked” information. www.bbc.com/news/article...
