Ena is her guardian angel, sent to Earth to guide her and protect her. Ena is heated kisses against a wall in some dirty alley and sweet caresses in the dark. Ena is Mary Magdalene and the Virgin Mary. A sinner and a saint.
Ena is eternal damnation.
Ena is salvation.”

*taps mic* hi i havent been on bluesky in uhh 6 months but i used to share my fics on here so… here’s one of my latest fics! i had a lot of fun writing this and discussing it with my tumblr moots and followers so i hope you like it uwu 🌸🎀 #mizuena 🎨🌸 archiveofourown.org/works/819083...

screenshot of the title and tags of a fic on ao3.
title of the fic is “as long as it’s you”, author mimikyuri.
the tags read: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings, Akiyama Mizuki/Shinonome Ena, Shinonome Ena, Akiyama Mizuki, Established Relationship, First Time, Dysphoria, Safe Sane and Consensual, Girls in Love, Idiots in Love, Fluff, Light Angst, Lesbian Sex, mostly it's fluff okay, Sleepovers, Bathing/Washing, Character Study, Canon Compliant, Tooth-Rotting Fluff, basically they play videogames. and cuddle. and are in love. and have ISSUES, chapter 1 is M but chapter 2 will be M verging on E territory so the overall tag is E, genuinely this is. mostly character analysis with a sprinkle of smut... I just needed to explore their psychology. I put them under a microscope, I needed to pick their stupid brains sooo bad, I was ly scared of posting this so shout out to my tumblr moots and followers who encouraged me uwu

summary of a fic on on ao3. the summary has a quote highlighted that reads, “Back to square one, Ena thinks bitterly. She truly has not missed the times when Mizuki would act like a skittish animal around whom Ena had to walk on eggshells in fear it would bolt, never to be seen again. This isn't the same, not really, but it's close enough to make Ena uncomfortable. To be fair to Mizuki, she had warned Ena, that time in the alley. She had said something along the lines of, "I might get scared again, so what's the point?" Well, Ena had been willing to cross that bridge once they came to it, and now here they are.
And Ena isn't letting go. If Mizuki's scared, Ena will slay her monsters. If Mizuki wants to run, Ena will chase her.
She nods to herself, and picks up her phone.”
the rest of the fic description reads, “(or: how I just wanted to write a little spicy fic for my tumblr moots and followers and ended up with a 30k+ character analysis full of fluff and light angst and only incidentally smutty. ack. send help)”
the fic is part 2 of a series titled “admiring the flowers”
at the bottom there are some stats:
Language: English
Words: 36,340
Chapters: 2/2
Comments: 135
Kudos: 224
Bookmarks: 22
Hits: 2,491

A David Lynch quote for every creative person who may need it today. It resonated with me when I came across it reading it in Lynch on Lynch.

" No, it wasn't. What makes you worry about things like that is when you start thinking about what certain people might say about it later. Because you're not really sure what they might say. And if you start worrying, you could make some really strange decisions based upon that worry. The work isn't talking to you any more; this worry is talking to you. And you become paralysed. So the trick is: you've got to forget making a hero or a fool of yourself and just try to get into that world. and if you can do that, and you feel good about the decisions that you make, then you can weather whatever good or bad storm comes along. " - David Lynch in 'Lynch on Lynch'.

five panel wordless comic. ena shinonome is looking up happily at falling cherry blossoms that surround her while sitting on a picnic blanket. nightcord at 25:00 sits with her, kanade and mafuyu are talking while mizuki akiyama looks at her with wide eyes. even further back are other friends of ena. in the second panel, mizuki smiles warmly at her. in the third, ena looks over to her with a surprised expression, and in the fourth ena smiles wide at her back. in the last panel, they're smiling at each other, sitting closer to each other with ena having a sort of lovestruck look on her face.

wah i forgor to post about it here but last night i dropped ch 1 (of 2) of a #mizuena fic uwu hi mizuenas viva la #yuri 🎀🎨 archiveofourown.org/works/649911...

screenshot of the title and synopsis of a fanfiction on AO3. the title reads, “wait, as you are.” while the synopsis reads, “If Ena didn’t know better, she’d swear Mizuki is flirting with her. But the truth of the matter is that Ena does know better, and Mizuki’s teasing is, and always has been, just that. Harmless, infuriatingly platonic teasing.
Or: Mizuki flirts (badly), Ena is oblivious (and flustered), and they both pine like losers.”
