bathe #mizuena #みずえな

Mizuki and Ena soaking in a bath tub together. It's calm and serene, with Ena leaning on the edge of the tub, happily yapping along with her eyes closed, while Mizuki, knees up close to her body, stares at her with such yearning.

hashtag random thoughts #mizuena #みずえな

Ena poses and smiles for the camera as Mizuki takes her picture with the pudding. Mizuki then randomly says, "camera shutters kind of sound like taking a bite of a crisp apple because a camera takes a bite of the light in the air." To which Ena responds with an incredulous, "What the fuck. Are you talking you about??"

closure #prsk_FA

Ena and Akito have a conversation in the Shinonome kitchen.

Panel 1: Ena reluctantly speaks.
Ena: It's kinda... how do I put this--lame.

Panel 2: Ena continues. Akito closes the fridge behind her.
Ena: When I can't draw anything good and see someone else having the time of their lives drawing,

Panel 3: A close up on Ena's face, vulnerable. There's almost pained smile on her face however, despite the words.
Ena: I start to hate myself... Self-loathing, irritable, and prone to hitting those around me... It's really no wonder why I hated myself more and more.

Panel 4: Akito scratches his cheek. Eyes glancing off to the side.
Akito: Oh yeah... I remember being victim to one of those.

Panel 5: Ena leans on the table, mug in hand. Her other hand, however, is lifted up, as if almost to conceal her face in shame.
Ena: Back then, I... I'm sorry.

Panel 6: Akito, hand on his chin. Akito: ...The hell? That's not like you.

They never once properly face each other or look each other in the eye.

Panel 1: Ena purses her lips. Pensive.

Panel 2: She turns her head to the side (not at Akito though, never at him)
Ena: I never did apologize, did I?

Panel 3: Akito, again, glances off to the side. Not at his sister.
Akito: Hm... guess not.

Panel 4: Finally, he turns his back to her.
Akito: Just... make sure you tell mom that too.

Panel 5: Ena is left alone with a steaming hot mug in front of her.
Ena: Yeah...

day 7 🔺 (crossover) #mizuena #みずえな #mzenweek2026 read from right to left; spoilers for wha manga

Panel 1
Ena, in Olruggio's black witch uniform, looks shocked.
Narration: You would look at me with eyes filled with confusion and disbelief.

Panel 2
Ena raises a hand to her mouth as she looks off to the side. Her brow furrows, nose scrunches.
Narration: Frustration would bubble on your face.

Panel 3
Ena faces the speaker head on. Determined.
Narration: And before the words could slip... you'd catch yourself.

Panel 4
The speaker is revealed to be Mizuki, in Qifrey's witch uniform.
Mizuki hunches over, sobbing, as Ena carefully cradles her hand in hers.
Reminiscent of the Wounded Hands untrained card.
Narration: You would gingerly take my hands in yours... ...and reassure me in the kindest voice.

Panel 5
Mizuki looks up, leaves sprouting from her eye.
Narration: And then, as always, the branches would sprout. As if to...

Panel 6
A tree's branches stretch upwards.
Narration: ...Reach for your warmth.

day 6 ☔️ #mizuena #みずえな #mzenweek2026

Mizuki (Kitty) holds up a red umbrella, tripping over herself towards Ena (Ame) who's holding a small canvas close to her chest.

chibi Mizuki panics at the situation she accidentally started: chibi Ena staring at a dropped canvas on a wet puddle.

Ena (ame) and Mizuki (kitty) in kitten form. Ena is a black cat with a colorful scarf and a small beret on her head. Mizuki is a fluffy white cat with a red ribbon around her neck. Their tails form a heart.

day 5 🖼️ #mizuena #みずえな #mzenweek2026

Page 1

Panel 1
Mizuki is posing. Regal and calm, holding up a cup with her hand.

Panel 2
Mizuki is still posing. Less calm now, barely holding up the cup with her shaky hand.

Panel 3
Mizuki ruins her posing by cracking her stiff neck, uttering a loud groan. To which someone tuts.
Mizuki: UGH!
Ena, off-screen: Hey.

Panel 4
Ena is seated on a wooden stool, one leg up to balance the arm gripping a palette. A paint brush poised in the air. Her focus is dead set on a canvas in front of her.
Ena: When did I ever give you permission to move, little Miss "Muse" of mine?

Panel 5
Mizuki completely abandons the pose and stretches her arms up in the air, swaying to the side to arc her back.
Mizuki: Enanan's a brutal mistress... My back hurts, y'know!!
Ena, off-screen: What? Regret helping me out?

Page 2

Panel 1
Ena leans closer to the canvas, brush moving.
Ena: Because I seem to recall a certain someone volunteered for this.
Mizuki, off-screen: I know...

Panel 2
Mizuki leans against the countertop. Her head rests on her hand while the other dangles the cup precariously at the edge. She looks absolutely smitten as her girlfriend busies herself with painting.
Ena, off-screen: Just bear with me, m'kay? ...a little bit more... aaand

Panel 3
Ena stands up from her seat, wiping her hands with a rag.
Ena: ...You can move now.

Panel 4
Mizuki, finally out of her self-imposed hell of being a life drawing model, stands next to Ena (who sneakily draws a heart on Mizuki's back with leftover paint stains from her hand.)
Mizuki: You're wiping paint on me, aren't you?
Ena: Of course not ❤
Mizuki: OH YOU DEFINITELY ARE!!

day 4 📖 #mizuena #みずえな #mzenweek2026

Ena stands beneath the canopy of an oak tree. She looks off into the distance--gazing into the far off sea in the horizon. Her hair blows in the wind. The thick blades of grass underfoot sways and dances with the breeze. On that hill, she clutches at the lantern, and waits. Steadfast.

"And so the Seeker waited patiently underneath the oak tree.
...waited...
...and waited.

But the Hermit never came."

day 3 💭 #mizuena #みずえな #mzenweek2026

Page 1

Panel 1: Mizuki writes down on her notebook the names "Shinonome Mizuki" and "Akiyama Ena", the names are surrounded by little doodles of her and Ena as a cat and a hedgehog, as well as brides wearing wedding dresses and holding bouquets.

Panel 2
Mizuki giggles--lovestruck, while two figures loom over her shoulder.

Panel 3
The figures being An and Toya, who snap Mizuki out of her reverie by saying the things she wrote down, aloud.
An: Shinonome Mizuki?
Toya: Akiyama Ena...

Page 2

Panel 1
Mizuki flushes. Beet red. She stutters as her friends connect the dots.
An, off-screen: Eh? Wait...
Toya, off-screen: Oh!
Mizuki: S-st--

Panel 2
Mizuki cradles her head in her hands, slumping over her desk, covering her notebook and its embarrassing contents. Her friends still teasing her (unknowingly perhaps in Toya's case.)
An: That is soooo cute!!
Toya I see. So that's how it is.
Mizuki: STOP. TALKING. PLEASE.

All while this is happening, Akito (nui form) enters holding a little juicebox.

Panel 3
As An shakes Mizuki's shoulder, chattering excitedly, Akito grabs Toya's attention.
Akito: What's up with those two?
Toya: Congratulations, Akito.
Akito: Huh??

Panel 4
An kneels next to Mizuki's desk, whispering conspiratorially as her friend, still blushing, shuts down her question.
An: Hey. Is that why you call Akito... Otouto-kun?
Mizuki: How about we stop talking for a little while.

“Hm?”
As she turns around, Mizuki throws the leaves up in the air, scattering them like confetti. Bright yellow raining down, dancing all around them in sequence.
“Ah! Mizuki!” She watches as Ena flinches back in surprise. Leaves twirling in the air, some landing on her hair and clothes. “You—!”
