The Striperstones in Shropshire are a ridge of dramatic rocky outcrops. They include The Devil's Chair, rocks that 'Old Scratch' himself dropped from his apron. Annually, on 21st December, the Devil summons all UK ghosts to the stones for their AGM, holding court from his chair. #FolkloreThursday
