The main problem is the inaction of Congress. If a court says something is legal, Congress has the power to change that law. Our current Congress just declines to do so.

How many have you read? I have to admit I've read none of them, but then that true of most books. Who could read them all? But, I'd want them at the library in case I did want to read them, so I check my library system and cast a circulation vote whenever a ban of any variety comes up.
