Trump's proposed renaming of Lake Ontario will disrupt the classic mnemonic for Great Lakes names. I propose the following replacement, which also reflects the administration's achievements. Shifting from HOMES to SHAME.
A Great Lakes map “updated” for Trump’s supposed renaming of Lake Ontario to “Lake America.” The old mnemonic HOMES is dramatically crossed out and replaced with the more politically appropriate SHAME: Superior, Huron, America, Michigan, Erie.

If you don't think a conference talk can change your life, you're not going to the right conferences. It's happened for me more than once, and for other people I know. Find a way to make it possible for yourself.

Of course there are dozens of other talks. On C#, C++, Rust, frameworks and libraries and tools and more. Whatever you want to learn more about will be here for you. Just make sure you leave space in your schedule for the talk you didn't know you needed - the talk that might change your life.
