Reposting my Mutant Mayhem 1 year anniversary thread from Twitter! Here's a bunch of fun background details from the movie! Some might be a bit obvious, some less so, and some are just things I think are neat! Enjoy!

I practiced drawing flowers. The idea came by itself. The Rugosa rose is a multifaceted symbol, often representing resilience and endurance. Its ability to withstand harsh weather conditions and thrive in less-than-ideal soil makes it a powerful symbol of strength. #rottmnt #saverottmnt

#saverottmnt #rottmnt We celebrated Halloween at the club and I drank a lot. While everyone was dancing, shouting, getting drunk, I was drawing. I drew F!Leo and CJ while I drunk. It's just crazy, drawing the turtles in club/bar 😭😭😭

My friend drew a cockroach on my notebook and asked: “Do turtles eat cockroaches?” I I answered: “No, but Leo would.” And he do.

#rottmnt #saverottmnt April and Donnie in witch town? NoOoOO! I want April and Leo in witch town please! Their relationships are so important to me in all universes. In ROTTMNT they’re siblings who love magic!

SashKa 💙 @mika0910.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

Oh please I want disaster twins as a Stan twins so much 😭🙏🏻 Hasn't anyone thought about it? Just like that? At least once? ☹️

020

SashKa 💙 @mika0910.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

But if think about costumes... I would like Raph to be Luisa from Encanto or Princess Peach(ofc). Leo and Donnie would be the Stan-twins from Gravity Falls(PLS). And Mikey would be... Pizza? A turtle? I think someone who has a big imagination has problems with choosing something concrete...

#saverottmnt Like a werewolf on a full moon, Splinter becomes really wild during Halloween... He’s ready for anything for treats. So I would watch an episode in which turtles and April compete with Splinter in “trick or treats” OR try to save at least one candy until the end of Halloween. 🙏🏻🎃

SashKa 💙 @mika0910.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

#rottmnt #riseofthetmnt I thought a lot about what Halloween costumes the guys from Rise could have. And then I remembered… It’s “Rise of the TMNT”. Damn, their Halloween is DEFINITELY different. I think Halloween is not a fun holiday for them, their Halloween is a real struggle for survival.

#tmnt2012 showed their version with elevator So maybe in #rottmnt they go into the elevator sang rap there and then they would defeat the villains with the help of a elevator song, break the elevator, and the main idea of this series would be "family is more important than elevators"

120

SashKa 💙 @mika0910.bsky.social · 26/10/2024

Really don't understand why I still haven't seen the animation or drawing of this scene on #rottmnt. The moment with the elevator in the #tmnt movie is perfect, and it's also so suitable for the guys from Rise!
