Reposting my Mutant Mayhem 1 year anniversary thread from Twitter! Here's a bunch of fun background details from the movie! Some might be a bit obvious, some less so, and some are just things I think are neat! Enjoy!

I practiced drawing flowers. The idea came by itself. The Rugosa rose is a multifaceted symbol, often representing resilience and endurance. Its ability to withstand harsh weather conditions and thrive in less-than-ideal soil makes it a powerful symbol of strength. #rottmnt #saverottmnt

#saverottmnt #rottmnt We celebrated Halloween at the club and I drank a lot. While everyone was dancing, shouting, getting drunk, I was drawing. I drew F!Leo and CJ while I drunk. It's just crazy, drawing the turtles in club/bar 😭😭😭

My friend drew a cockroach on my notebook and asked: “Do turtles eat cockroaches?” I I answered: “No, but Leo would.” And he do.

#rottmnt #saverottmnt April and Donnie in witch town? NoOoOO! I want April and Leo in witch town please! Their relationships are so important to me in all universes. In ROTTMNT they’re siblings who love magic!

#rottmnt #riseofthetmnt I thought a lot about what Halloween costumes the guys from Rise could have. And then I remembered… It’s “Rise of the TMNT”. Damn, their Halloween is DEFINITELY different. I think Halloween is not a fun holiday for them, their Halloween is a real struggle for survival.

Really don't understand why I still haven't seen the animation or drawing of this scene on #rottmnt. The moment with the elevator in the #tmnt movie is perfect, and it's also so suitable for the guys from Rise!

#rottmnt #saverottmnt I don't understand ppl who think Future Leo very sexy and draw him with themselves. Because are you guys serious?? You really looked at him and thought “Oh no, he's so hot!” You don’t have father issues? You didn't think "Oh my God, I want him to be my Dad pls” I did.

Hmmmm. Merpeople AU anyone? 😳 I love mermaid stuff but I think here Leonardo would be just an aquatic turtle person instead of the whole tail and fins business lmao #leoichi

#leosagi #leosagiweek #leoichi I think Leo is obviously one of those who don't like to talk about their sad things. He can avoid it especially talking about it. And Usagi is one of those who wouldn't insist. Ofc I wanted them to comfort each other, but let them have fun, it's almost the same thing

#leosagi #leosagiweek #leoichi Leo loves magic, but I think Usagi is cautious about it. I mean, he also thinks it's cool, but I'm sure he wants to fight them more. Meh. And I guess I don't really like coloring... But I'm almost done this week, this is my record(for me lol)!

SashKa 💙 @mika0910.bsky.social · 25/10/2024

There are a lot of universes on TMNT. There are a lot of versions of characters which I could not choose one. I love them all. But no matter how many versions of Casey Jones there are, I will always choose Casey Jr. from Rottmnt. Always. In the future, past, present #tmnt #saverottmnt #caseyjones

#leosagi #leosagiweek #leoichi Actually I wanted to draw a battle with swords. I even spent an hour on it, then I erased everything because nothing really worked out. Anyway they don't need swords to identify the winner(but if it was on swords, I wanted to make Leo a winner lol)

#saverottmnt Please please let’s talk about #rottmnt What’s your favorite character? Why? What’s your favorite series? Why? Your headcanons? I just want to talk about them so much 😭🙏🏻 Or #tottmnt or #tmnt12 Please please 🙏🏻

My #mutantmayhem humanization! I'm not a big fan of this movie, so I drew its very quickly. Buuut after watching #tottmnt I immediately redrew Leo's design. I wanted him to look like his voice actor, oh, and I really like this series!! 🙏🏻❤️‍🩹 (I also want to redraw others, especially Mike)

Before #rottmnt I didn't draw so often. Tbh I wasn't even particularly satisfied with the process of my drawing. It was very difficult for me to pick up a pencil, but NOW I've finished the WHOLE sketchbook with my silly tortoises ❤️‍🩹 #riseofthetmnt #saveriseofthetmnt #unpauserottmnt #saverottmnt
