I honestly maintain that stress (+/- poisoning attempt & alcoholism with Wenceslas IV) basically resulted in reduced sperm count of the Luxembourg brothers/cousins ...also insane family planning tactics by Sigismund, the fact that he made the Order of the Dragon to ensure loyalty to his descendants
