Nobody talks about the slow down implementation in #spolous2 To me personal it adds so much value to the experience, like when a lot is going on you enter focus mode🥸. And also it gives retro vibes, when the consoles reached their limits🔥 What do you think about it? #indiegame

It's so addictive, right? Feels like an adventure... just the way i like horizontal shmups! I love when enemies have different behaviours so that you have to find different strategies on how to beat them. i don't need to have super many different moves. That's too much for my brain as i always end up doing the same moves that seem to suit me. Same goes for the environmental obstacles.

2/2 It feels like a true continuation to the konami games of the 90s when they where at the peak ...with smart ideas to improve the game feeling without taking away the spirit. And a very good pace during the whole game. And that soundtrack😍😍 Love the slowdown idea btw💜 #shmup

(3/4) I like "new game plus" where you can keep all of your upgrades. I think it is a good compromise and I asked many developers to add this option (never got any response though😅) On the other hand "new game plus" makes the game easier, so it doesn't feel like the first time.

It's a very powerfull tool! Not just for cutscenes. You can create entire enemy behaviours and stuff. Takes some time to learn it, but i think it's very helpful💫
