Trump is sending $500 checks to nearly a million Americans insured under the ACA ahead of the midterms, with a letter promoting his healthcare record.

Nearly 1 million Americans will begin receiving $500 Obamacare refund checks on Sept. 30, along with letters signed by President Donald Trump.

"Federal student loans are not a welfare program for failing college programs," the Education Department said on social media.
