So excited that my thesis first chapter is live in ASM's #mSystems journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/... We use a bunch of techniques to show that gut microbial populations may be “stealing” valuable amino acids from the mice host, resulting in persistent gut inflammation! #PhDSky #MicroSky 🧪🦠🧫🧬
