Chyba to ja będę musiał dostać się do nich, bo już kreślą mi mapę. Albo to, albo marketing dla "Hail Mary" staje się coraz bardziej agresywny.

17 marca 2026 roku administracja USA zarejestrowała domeny alien.gov i aliens.gov. Trump twierdzi, że widział "bardzo ciekawe" dokumenty, a Vance odbija, że żadne tam kosmity, ale demony. Nie wiem czy i co będą przykrywać informacjami o tym czy i kto nas odwiedzał […] [Original post on 101010.pl]

Intuicja córki nie zawiodła. Dokładnie w ten sposób można by argumentować, że homeopatia albo wróżbiarstwo działają. To że są ludzie gotowi rzucić milionami w OpenAI w żaden sposób nie dowodzi, że to nie są pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto. Peprlexity AI zamknęło swój […] [Original post on 101010.pl]

"Internal OpenAI documents predict the AI specialist is set to bleed fully $14 billion in losses for 2026 according to a new report. It's also claimed that OpenAI will continue to make huge losses totalling $44 billion until 2029, when it won't just turn a profit […] [Original post on 101010.pl]

So... this is bullshit, right? How could entering the same bidding war twice be better for me in the first-price auction model than in the second-price auction model? It doesn't solve the underlying problem (that I'm represented by two non-communicating actors) […] [Original post on 101010.pl]
One of the biggest myths is this idea of, "If I use two retargeters, I'm bidding against myself. I'm raising the price I pay and therefore reducing efficiency." The reason the myth still has legs is that it was not actually a falsehood five years ago. Back in 2019, online auctions functioned differently.

You made a bid, but unlike an art auction, it doesn't matter what was bid before you—that's a first-price auction, and it's the kind of auction we're used to. However, there was once a type of auction called a second-price auction, where the highest bidder wins but only pays the amount of the second-highest bid. That was how the internet used to work. That all changed in 2019/2020 when auctions moved to the more standard first-price model. So, what happens is that if one of your retargeters bids $4 and the other bids $3.99, you're still paying $4. It doesn't matter if that other bidder was in the bid mix or not.

So instead of bidding against yourself, now you're bidding with yourself, because the retargeting solution that can generate the most value actually rises to the top of the stack, wins the bid, and then shows the impression. As a result, you end up achieving more scale at the same efficiency, or even greater efficiency, when you employ a retargeting stack. We've seen this across marketers.
