I think to be fair it's just incompetence. I look forward to hearing from their MD when he gets my letter.

Fully stabbed today- one flu vaccine and one shingles vaccine. The dogs had fun though!

Having fun just now, trying to find out why Evri have held a parcel at their sorting office for over a week. In terms of customer relations, I have to say that Evri has gone from one of my favourite courier companies to the joint bottom with FedEx.

Russia is waging a genocidal war on Ukraine. Aleksandr Ovechkin said: "I am Russian. I support my country." The Washington Capitals and the NHL cannot walk away from this. They are supporting war crimes and crimes against humanity by allowing Ovechkin to play hockey.

While out in France we stopped in Caen and I took the opportunity for one sketch, which a friend recorded (unknown to me!)

Here's a new one. I'm getting involved in a new project, writing a collaborative novel with a bunch of other great authors - Ben Kane, Tony Riches, Conn Iggulden, Matt Harffy AND the best of European authors too! buff.ly/Dk4196v #ACoS #ACenturyofSwords @RawPowerPublishing

Just back from a short break cycling around Normandy. Lovely time with three great friends, and now back to a pile of AI spam and nonsense!

It is sometimes a bit daunting to start writing a new book. But then all I have too do is look over my shoulder. I've already written this lot; what's one more?!

Gorgeous day today and I had to get out for a walk. I was on Dartmoor, and the far distant hills are Exmoor. Perfectly clear weather!

Sometimes I get pens to review. Some are valuable, some are less so. Some are elegant, some much less so. But this one is just great fun! youtu.be/eNDrT6ZZT-c

Interesting. Has he been convicted 34 times, failed in every business, and become embroiled in the worst corruption the world has ever seen as well?

Writers have long squabbled over silent signs. Florence Hazrat’s “On the Mark” is a delightful history of punctuation, even if her own attempts to use marks inventively fall a dash flat

How pathetic! The poor little shrinking violets can't cope with being viewed by independent journalists. How very Trumpian. The sooner Reform disappears the better.

Today I was sent a pen to review by Wancher in Japan. It's a PoChaCo, a real chunky monkey - and I am having ridiculous amounts of fun with it. Fabulous writer, great appearance and feels glorious! Only £27 for this quality is crazy!

A very pleasant bank holiday, apart from the fact it's been spent at my desk typing! This book is doing nicely, though. 22 more pages to edit, and then add in (I think) 6 scenes and it's done.
