As expected Kawhi Leonard will not play tonight vs. Heat in first exhibition game. Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic said he likely won’t play next week in Vancouver vs. Clippers as focus is on Leonard reconditioning after long summer layoff due to trade pause.

The Raptors have made it a goal to improve their three-point shooting. Kawhi Leonard will fit into Toronto's defensive scheme, and he should help its perimeter game, too, writes Michael Grange.

Given the histories of the primary players involved, it's not surprising that the last hurdle to get a deal done is each team signing off on the medicals of the incoming players, per league source. Gradey Dick? Shouldn't be a problem. Leonard's and Ingram's could take a minute.
