Yes, that number must be reduced to a much much lower one. Russian tourists are sec risks, but they also come disguised as citizens of other countries, so problem runs deep. One possibility: increase visa fee to 150 euros per day, 1500 for state employees, and bar all known risk individuals/groups.

This is a good idea. Diesen has been hiding behind academic freedom to push what he knows are obvious lies and disinformation. Not sure about how this would work legally, though. His income from producing and distributing propaganda for an enemy state must be stopped.
