Why does our cat enjoy sleeping in dirty laundry??? It is pretty cute though ❤️. Is it just our kitty or does yours do it too?

Whether you believe in God or not, it’s still pretty cool that so many societies on this earth have and always will believe in a higher being…giving them hope, giving them comfort, giving them belief in a higher purpose. That alone is a miracle on our lifetimes….

I wonder what the annual real estate tax in Florida is on $2 billion? My guess is that Trump committed rest estate tax fraud in Florida.

I agree completely with you…and it is a very troubling assessment. I have hope for our country but I also have much sadness for it as well.

I won’t be voting Republican BUT I know the homeless and immigration crisis must be solved because the tax burden on sanctuary cities impacts all citizens. There must be bipartisan solutions…we need policies and politicians that will work together to solve our problems

I’m moderate, have been left leaning for years..but lately, I’ve found myself leaning a bit more right. Tired of homeless & immigration crisis, drug crisis, etc. BUT I am pro-choice, socially liberal, want gun controls, climate change actions, equitable taxation. Wish we had better candidates.

Saw Dune Part 2 yesterday &, in my opinion, it was vastly better than Part 1. The story was tighter even though it was deeper, the acting much better & the camera work phenomenal w/ the special affects. I laughed to myself with all the similarities to The Matrix/Neo. Keanu is better than Tim.

Why is it old men in political office are given authority to determine a woman’s god given rights related to childbirth? Wtf, I mean really, wtf. First these old fuckers fuck with abortion & now they fuck with IVF? Science gives humans options, & and old fuckers try to take em away.

Just watched Dune Part 1 again last night at home in preparation of seeing Dune Part 2 in the movie theater this weekend. Am I the only crazy cinephile that watches the first movie again before seeing th sequel? I like the sense of continuity….

Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of followings from YouTubers in far away lands. I translate their bios, follow back and am happy to make efriends with people all over the world. Am I just naive? Is there a downside that I am not aware of?

Life is full of miracles every day…you just have to open your eyes. Life is also full of shit every day…so you just have to close your eyes. Life is always about perspective. ❤️

I saw the movie Argyle yesterday …I found it entertaining and very enjoyable. I’m a big Sam Rockwell fan and he was wonderful along with rest of the cast. Professional movie critics are often pompous and often forget movies are meant to entertain us, not all movies are supposed to teach us

I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars. 2 hours long and I was never bored, I laughed a lot of found the storyline original and entertaining.

So…I’m back in America from Thailand. Been home for 1 week now….getting caught up with all the political discourse, the craziness in Washington and the conflicts around the world. I admit, I miss the zen & peacefulness of the beautiful beaches, the good food and the kind/happy Thai people.

A friend of mine keeps sending me music to listen to; it’s all this uplifting, life is beautiful shit….since he is a self absorbed narcissist, I find it ironic because in my view his life is completely shallow and empty. Narcissists….can’t live with ‘em & they can’t accept when you ignore them🤣🤣

Lately, as I aspire to eliminate eating cookies and donuts and cake, I have started having a little bit of Nutella and peanut butter. It is a delicious and tasty treat!!!❤️

I am a very simple man…give me a large chocolate chip scone and a cup of black coffee to dunk it in…my day is good. It takes a major life fck up during the rest of the day to change my mood. And then I just reset the next morning with another scone and coffee ❤️

I live in Cali and see a lot of weed stores but I have never seen such a proliferation of cannabis shops as I have in Patong Beach, Phuket. This is truly a stoners paradise….a weed store or pop up every block…

Patong, Phuket…anyone want to get on a Bluesky tour bus to the Thailand islands? How cool is this bus!!!!

Very inexpensive country to visit and people are so very kind.

Actually…didn’t see any of that here at all…maybe we are visiting more calm areas of Phuket so seem very civilized

Good evening Patong Beach, Phuket. As Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes famously said…”I don’t want to go home”!!!

Did an island trip last Thurs…phi phi island and Maya bay. Also, went to Surin beach for the day yesterday. Probably my favorite beach in Phuket. Thailand so beautiful

MichaelChrisLA @michaelchrisla.bsky.social · 05/02/2024

In Phuket thailand…I believe I found the equivalent of Bluesky in the physical world. No one here cares about politics, people love taking photos of food & the beach & sunset & nature and people from all over the world chilling together. Fcking love this place…never going home….

Patong beach in Phuket at 8 am this morning….beach beautiful, people happy, food delicious and inexpensive….life is very good👍

I believe Trump is waking up independents and center leaning republicans…they fully understand the danger he presents. It carried Biden to victory in 2020 will do so again in 2024.

The constitution is stale and needs to be amended to reflect the America of today, not the America of 200 years ago. The Constitution should be a living and breathing document, one that grows with time.
