I’m moderate, have been left leaning for years..but lately, I’ve found myself leaning a bit more right. Tired of homeless & immigration crisis, drug crisis, etc. BUT I am pro-choice, socially liberal, want gun controls, climate change actions, equitable taxation. Wish we had better candidates.

Saw Dune Part 2 yesterday &, in my opinion, it was vastly better than Part 1. The story was tighter even though it was deeper, the acting much better & the camera work phenomenal w/ the special affects. I laughed to myself with all the similarities to The Matrix/Neo. Keanu is better than Tim.

I saw the movie Argyle yesterday …I found it entertaining and very enjoyable. I’m a big Sam Rockwell fan and he was wonderful along with rest of the cast. Professional movie critics are often pompous and often forget movies are meant to entertain us, not all movies are supposed to teach us

I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars. 2 hours long and I was never bored, I laughed a lot of found the storyline original and entertaining.

In Phuket thailand…I believe I found the equivalent of Bluesky in the physical world. No one here cares about politics, people love taking photos of food & the beach & sunset & nature and people from all over the world chilling together. Fcking love this place…never going home….

I’m at my local library studying Spanish. I take Spanish lessons once a week….+60 years old and trying to learn a new language is fcking hard! Slowly absorbing new vocabulary…it’s a challenge for sure!

If you’re out having a bite to eat or having coffee out, & someone with a uniform walks in (soldier, police, firefighter, EMT, lifeguard, etc.) offer to pay for their meal, buy them coffee, etc. (if you can afford to). They work so hard for us every day. It will brighten their day and yours.
