Pixel Screenshots can sense, with the private on-device Gemini AI model, when you take a screenshot of an article to send it to NotebookLM for a deep dive. You can also have Gemini read the article aloud to listen.

Woke up to this new feature to setup on my Pixel 10 Pro: "Intrusion Logging" It preserves logs of device activity in a private, end-to-end encrypted area that can be referenced to see what happened if you suspect a security issue on your device. Great for when I'm helping my mom with her Pixel.

The idea of a functional digital household requiring total brand fealty is a marketing trap. Apple builds walls for conformity, while Android's hardware diversity is a feature. You don't need everyone on a Pixel for family coordination, as cross-platform standards already bridge the gap.

Picked these up to replace my Moto Tags. I've realized that I prefer easy charging (these charge via USB-C) instead using CR2032 batteries, over UWB. My Pixel 10 Pro supports UWB, but it's kind of useless when alert sounds provide the better day-to-day experience for me.
