No longer shall we be the Knights who Say Nines. We are now the Knights who say Green, Yellow, Yellow, Orange, Green, Red, Red, Orange

Like Marty himself, social coding is already fading.

This skeet is brought to you by waiting on Docker build Github Actions.

Alternative of the classic "My code is compiling" from XKCD, but where Compiling is switched out with Docker.

Maybe Github should update their statistics to newer citations than 2024 in regards to productivity?

Github screenshot saying: Work 55% faster.1 Increase productivity with AI-powered coding assistance, including code completion, chat, and more.

This alone is worth the $20/month price tag for Cursor.

Godt poeng.

I've found the perfect use case for the Cursor editor. All that technology so I can be lazy while writing commit messages

Asking LLM to construct commit message and making it short enough

Oh yes! Works like a charm. Maybe not a critical feature, but makes Bluesky so much smoother to use.

For the curious, here is the total editing process for an episode of Kortslutning (podcast with me and @mollerse.bsky.social), from start to finish. Here using same bridge stinger between segments as previous episode. (Sped up 5x to make the video small enough for 🦋)

Having done the same podcast with @mollerse.bsky.social every 14 days for 6 years, editing requires very little effort. Which is nice. Then I can use more of the time playing with stems from songs for the bridges between segments.

I finally let go of the nostalgia and got out. I was still thinking of it as Twitter, but now realised it was something else entirely. It was X. mib.im/blog/deletin...

Wardley Mapping is something I’ve seen around but haven’t tried myself, so it was nice to see an interactive walkthrough by @davidand393.bsky.social at #oredev. Having worked with more customer-centric strategic processes, it would be interesting to test with even more externally driven factors.

Had a nice first time at #oredev the past few days. Even though I had a fever and spent most of the time in my hotel room, the presentations I did see were worthwhile.

Fancy entry to the Øredev conference with lasers, smoke and music.
