The president of the United States says that "the New York Times, and many other Artificial Media Outlets, should be arrested" for denying that the arena in which he spoke had empty seats. It's really bad! www.mediamatters.org/donald-trump...
The Ohio Arena was already full to the brim — And yet these people were still trying to get in. The New York Times said, “There were empty seats” when, in fact, there were none, and thousands of people had to be turned away. The New York Times, and many other Artificial Media Outlets, should be arrested for their dishonesty and disservice to our Country. When Bernie Sanders has 500 to 1,000 people, they make it sound like it’s the biggest event that ever took place. When PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP has 50,000 people, they make it sound like nobody showed up! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Also, Trump DOJ is gonna Trump DOJ. They didn't even submit the correct IJ decision.
3.5 Petitioner’s Request to Strike Respondents’ Brief Is Denied as Moot Petitioner requests that the Court strike Respondents’ brief because it is sloppy, riddled with errors, and unclear if it is even arguing the appropriate case at times. ECF No. 28 at 1, 3–4. Though the Court is troubled by Respondents’ numerous errors, including submitting an immigration judge’s decision from a different case, ECF No. 27 (immigration judge’s decision for Dorance Mosquera-Jara), the Court declines to strike Respondents’ brief as moot because it has resolved this case on the merits.

Without conceding anything, Roger Rogoff—the court-appointed & Trump-fired & judge-reinstated US Atty in Seattle—agrees to remain out of office till the govt's appeal is decided. (9th Cir had granted a temporary stay yesterday.) storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Rogoff does not oppose Defendants' request for a stay pending appeal, as set
forth in docket entry 9.1 of this case. In filing this statement, he does not concede that Defendants are likely to succeed on the merits of this appeal or satisfy any of the other requirements for a stay. Rogoff reserves all rights, claims, and
arguments.

I'm re-reading this. I can see it, now
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), the Attorney General may appoint a United States attorney for the district in which the office of United States attorney is vacant.
(b)The Attorney General shall not appoint as United States attorney a person to whose appointment by the President to that office the Senate refused to give advice and consent.
(c)A person appointed as United States attorney under this section may serve until the earlier of—
(1)the qualification of a United States attorney for such district appointed by the President under section 541 of this title; or
(2)the expiration of 120 days after appointment by the Attorney General under this section.
(d)If an appointment expires under subsection (c)(2), the district court for such district may appoint a United States attorney to serve until the vacancy is filled. The order of appointment by the court shall be filed with the clerk of the court.

How are we feeling about the analysis here, starting on p. 6? Will it stand up to appeal?
Can the President fire a court-appointed U.S. Attorney? No. The President
cannot unilaterally fire a U.S. Attorney appointed by the Court. A court-appointed
U.S. Attorney is not an acting U.S. Attorney nor are they an interim U.S. Attorney.
Section 546(d) provides that a court-appointed U.S. Attorney serves until “the
vacancy is filled,” which can only be done by the nomination/confirmation process

It's almost impossible and would cost billions. Just the transport would take years, but it would need to be refined. Venezuela doesn't have the infrastructure, so you'd have to build that first. So, we're talking tens of billions of dollars and over a decade.

Conclusion
This Court should not gag or silence Dr. Byrne. He has every right to express his belief
that the press reports demonstrate that Dominion has committed crimes. All of Dr. Byrne’s public
statements refer to the press and its coverage of Dominion and criminal activity. Mor the only
person in America who cannot use the information which is public. Dr. Byrne respectfully requests
this Honorable Court to clarify its September 11, 2026 Order by ruling that the Court cannot
require censorship of Dr. Byrne speech related to his comments on press statements, press releases,
or his statements about Dominion’s past and ongoing crimes.

The third Hubbard factor requires analysis of whether the party objects to disclosure of the
documents. Here, Dominion objects. The documents demonstrate the most serious crimes
committed in the history of the United States, and Dominion might want to hide the crimes and its
embarrassment but are not legally entitled to do so.

There's something purporting to be legal argument starting on page 12. Although it's a reply in support. IIRC, arguments raised for the first time in a reply in support are deemed forfeited when they could have been raised in the initial motion.
