mg4h @mg4h.bsky.social · 13/09/2026I agree on the too much flour, also as it has only shortening and no butter if your shortening was at all drier or gave less binding you would have no margin for error, with the flour being a bit high yeah, dry and a little crumbly. I prefer half/half shortening/butter & white/brown sugar. 000
