Fact is, an increasingly conservative SCOTUS has been relying on bad, biased, or falsified data since 1849. SCOTUS has enjoyed pretense of objective authority for ~180 years, simply by not addressing the incompatibility between the precedent of 1803 & 1849. "Political Questions" was always a sham.
