This has become comfort food. Tofu scramble with onions, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, red bell pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, tamari, some chipotle seasoning, nooch, black salt, pepper. I usually add potatoes or tomatoes, but forgot. So delicious!
