Low-carbon electricity can also come from nuclear, as in Sweden and Switzerland. Norway, meanwhile, is an oil exporter. It's complicated, but low-carbon electricity is still good. 000

And regulations have different effects: They can for example be good for big players because small companies suffer. Difficult to see this in those numbers but bad for a country 🤷 020
