It’s so profoundly beautiful to see Monet in Uncanny X-Men comforting the trafficked children. To be able to share in their suffering, their fear, reassure them they’re safe after she suffered horrific torture alone for years and had none of that comfort, is so meaningful to her.

I can enjoy Crystal in Pietro’s life despite her horrible abuse, parental alienation, all other issues when the story accepts those aspects as part of her & their romance is in the past, but Vision in Wanda’s stories keeps her anchored to the past as he’s her only “true love” like babygirl move on!
