We can learn from our queer elders 🫶🏻

bisubites 4h
when my masc lesbian aunt died, women just kept coming, screaming, crying, and saying they were her wives. Eventually we just had to start telling them to join the others. They were all devastated to learn about each other. Except for one who came in, kissed her dead mouth and showed us all that they had matching tattoos. She actually won all the mourning wives over and they all agreed she was the wife. It was so weird.

Did not expect more than a few people to see this but yes it really happened, yes it was insane

They also ALL read love letters at the podium. It was painful and awkward but the final gift my aunt gave the family

I'm sure Bluesky hacked off most of that headline on mobile, so:

PC Gamer headline: "Dwarf Fortress creator says we can learn something from simply walling up dwarf nobles to maintain an equal society—but notes you have to abolish the dwarf cops, too: 'Another lesson to be had there'"

Wondering if I'm not cut out for streaming. It's difficult for me to share my games, commentate, and even go live. I just don't feel a drive there...

My favorite Dolly Parton meme.

A twitter interaction where someone posted a photo of Dolly Parton looking hot as hell in black and red lingerie. Someone else replies to the photo with "Well then wha the hell did Jolene look like???"

The stream was a success(???) it was 3 and a half hours of me dying over and over again. so. Content! I think.

I started reading "a monster wants to eat me" and I found myself identifying deeply with Hinako. This is a clear sign I am a well adjusted adult right?

Most people don’t know I’ve written several books at this point. The main issue is that they’ve never been release to the public but they exist is some capacity.

I got banned from twitter in 2023 for this drawing. They called it "violent speech". It had over 40K likes and too many comments for me to read before my ban, but I still see it floating around here and there. Save a copy, and use it freely. No attribution needed. Love u #transdayofvisibility #tdov

The worst of my recent family drama appears to be over. But I’m now left feeling frustrated as the stress slowly leaves my body. Wish things were better.

Life is a living hell. My mother got arrested after she visited my abusive and manipulative father. I don’t know if rent will be paid and no work is hiring. My family also has issues with me because I can’t function “like a normal person”. I’m very tired. I just want to sleep forever.

I’ve been reading Oniimai again to get caught up on it. I think this is one of those series that helped me figure out what was going on in my head. I really adore Mahiro and I wish I could turn the clock back to redo some of my school life again as a proper girl. would things turned out less lonely?

Actually just finished season two of Call of the Night. Things got rough but it's a great story. First time I've seen an anime put a suicide hotline number at the end of an episode though. That was kind of them to do.

I recently watched #bocchitherock and even read the manga up to a certain point. I really loved the way the anime translated the scenes over, and the music was so good! It was way more impactful to hear Bocchi's guitar playing in my ears and how she played with the others in the band. Loved it!
