I've been: - in a lot of pain, and on opioids for it so my days are blurred - studying for math and getting an A (I'm very slow with uni stuff ://) - trying tirzepatide because I'm tired of doctors not taking me seriously unless i am on some WL medication

I missed 1 (one) dose of tapentadol yesterday and I was in so much pain my guys. I still am, I hope it builds that wall back up soon. Also turns out you're not supposed to stack it with Gabapentin so my bad I could have died without knowing. That was a good two weeks of super deep sleeps tho.
