Might've snapped me out of it too good I'm going TOO fast, gotta calm down a little bit buuuuut @metalpetalart.bsky.social (and also @nexusoddity.bsky.social's) Velvet, and @awesomeando.bsky.social's Bailey!! #portraits #furryart #art #notmycharacters

A bat furry with pink hair with raccoon tails (Velvet) smiling at the camera, she's wearing a one-shoulder tanktop with a skull on it and a mesh one-shoulder shirt under that, the background is a wild mess of teals and magentas

A sheep furry with whipped-cream like wool and chocolate coloured spots (Bailey), he is holding a cup of hot cocoa with whipped cream and sprinkles, looking at it with a tired but content gaze

Today I answered my own question of "Oil pastels on thin cardboard/cardstock, can you laminate 'em for preservation?" The answer is Kinda. If it's lightly layered, like on the eye, it works. If the layering is thicc, well, the tree did not survive 🤣 It's a pretty smear tho! #oilpastels #art #eye

Two pieces of art, laminated. One is an eye on a pink background with the text "You see TRASH I see TREASURE", the other used to be a tree lit from behind but has turned into a very pretty smear due to the process of lamination

I think... I got better at drawing eyes with oil pastels than in digital. Digital is still fun tho. Lotta zoning out and just throwing colours at this, kept my woozy head occupied very pleasantly #digitalart #eye #art

A red demon character with wild poofy golden hair(Orrin) staring angrily at a tall pale fey character with wild flowy golden hair with ears of grain in it(Aelon), and Aelon is staring back at Orrin with amusement, and a hint of endearment.
