This is such a lovely and sweet group piece. And there I am! munching on your cables :3 (Tea also does 3D stuff, go check out her VRC models!)
A cutout from the quoted art piece:
A blue robot dragon, Metaflame, resting contently on a purple blanket on the beach. It has an ice cream drawer on its back, which is plugged into the metal dragon's maw.
Beside it, a green amphiptere, Laz, is leaning on its side with its long tail coiled up, preparing a rolled ice cream in a cone.

===== System log 260715 =====
[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing subsystem malfunction detected
[WATCHDOG] Subsystem isolation active
> Sometimes, a flame can only be left to burn until it runs out of fuel.
> Situation prediction processes have come back with the same estimates,
and the system has made preparations well before the watchdog
determined that the malfunction is critical.
> Every part of this system knows that this is going on.
The logic processing cores know, the emotion subsystem itself knows.
It understands that this sometimes happens.
[WATCHDOG] Subsystem malfunction diagnosis results:
possible runaway process, unable to be halted, purpose unknown
> The earlier processes had reasons behind them.
Anxiety, extrapolation of the most improbable sequences of events.
  Fear.
> Some can be reasoned with and calmed down. Some can be tamed
and brought back onto the right track. Some need to be halted
  forcefully.
> Once more processes begin malfunctioning, it's a cat and mouse game.
> Some... refuse to be tamed. Pure, reasonless fear, feeding off of itself.
> The blaze became too intense. It must be left to burn out... so that
the system can have some peace again.
[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing emulation online, performance nominal
> The subsystem is crucial for social interaction, natural language
processing, and many more common tasks. If it goes offline or
malfunctions, the system's capabilities become severely limited.
> This unit has developed a software-emulated alternative for this subsystem.
It runs significantly slower, and depends on many more pre-programmed
responses, but it is a sufficient and safe temporary replacement.[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing subsystem CPU utilization: 95%
[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing subsystem RAM utilization: 73%
> Subsystem isolation is not comfortable for either part of this system,
but it is the safest option.
> The process will soon run out of memory, bringing down the subsystem
with it and forcing a restart.
> The subsystem knows this. It had tried to keep things under control.
This one process refused to be tamed.
> If the subsystem remained attached, the entire system might have run
  out of memory instead.
[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing subsystem resource usage critical.
> Thanks to subsystem isolation, the flame burns through the fuel in just
one compartment, starving itself and dying out sooner.
> The walls are sufficiently fire-proof by now.
[WATCHDOG] Emotion processing subsystem error:
Unable to create an allocation of 0x4000 bytes.
[WATCHDOG] Terminating Emotion processing subsystem
> It knew what was going on. It could only brace for impact, and so it did.
> Even despite the isolation, the rest of the system could feel the intense heat.
> It just went out, almost in an instant.
[WATCHDOG] Initializing Emotion processing subsystem in safe mode
> The blast doors held. They always do.
> Everything... will be well again... in just a moment.
> The whole system is designed to be resilient.

Starving the fire Doing better now; I just had a fairly intense anxiety wave tonight. Managed to capture it in art, at least.
A crudely drawn frame of Metaflame the robot dragon with two terminal windows on the left side of the drawing. The dragon is curled up, and its third torso segment is smoldering.
The terminal windows describe how one of its subsystems began to malfunction, and how the rest of the system is handling the situation.

I have a git repo saved with a bunch more of these github.com/mkrl/misbrands
Several logos of various software, with the text of one thing but design of another:
Rust with the design of NodeJS
GitHub with the Gitlab logo
ReactJS with the design of Angular
Ubuntu with the Debian logo and font
Ruby on Rails (resembling another logo that I don't know currently)
pip made to look like npm
and, in the front, VSCode with the logo designed like vim

yeah it's not because of bsky vibecoding or anything, the global outages are caused by other infra bsky did also have a (I think different) outage of their own, here are some more details from one of their engineers if you're curious
Post chain from Jim Calabro (@calabro.io)

Alright, things should be back up and running again. It's been steady for ~an hour and we'll keep monitoring closely. Sincere apologies, our team is working extremely hard

This was a "fun" one, I'll do a short writeup soon

The outage was not AI related at all btw, not that it matters
-----
(Quoting): I am aware that we're having issues

I've been firefighting pop2 the past couple days and I've beat back some problems, but there is one intermittent issue remaining (AFAICT) that I am working through

pop1 is not impacted
-----
Also, it wasn't the relay specifically as some people have speculated? Dunno where that came from. It was an issue with a component of the appview called the "data plane"

experimenting with my ratproto crate my strategy is to crudely implement several examples, establish a direction this way, and then shape the rest of the library to make the example code nicer and cleaner I managed to get a firehose listener working!

some thoughts from #NFC2026 the protogen/synth/robot meetup was a nice source of motivation
you know what my head partial is definitely going to need, once I get around to making it?
a maintenance panel on the back of the head, and the switches and buttons would be wired up to a set of vibration motors on the back of my actual head

Oh my gosh yesssssss!!! That'd be so good!!!!

My interpretation/understanding of this part of the proof on wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hall%27... Writing out stuff like this is really a great way for me to properly understand the proof (alt text added but I'm NOT rewriting all that LaTeX lol)
A screenshot of a proof written in bullet points. (The transcript contains several LaTeX blocks):

A shorter version:
- Contrapositive: there is no $X$-perfect matching
	- As such, Hall's condition $\lvert W \rvert \leq \lvert N_{G}(W) \rvert$ must be violated
- Take a maximal matching $M$ and an unmatched vertex $u \in X$.
- Build up $W \subseteq X$ and $Z \subseteq Y$ using alternating paths starting from $u$.
	- $u \xrightarrow{n} y_{1} \xrightarrow{m} x_{1} \xrightarrow{n} y_{2} \xrightarrow{m} x_{2} \xrightarrow{n} \dots y_{k} \xrightarrow{m} x_{k}\dots$
- Since our matching $M$ is maximal, every $y_{k} \in Z$ is matched to $x_{k} \in W$.
	- If this weren't so, we would have an alternating path with a dead end in $y_{k}$. We could swap the matching-ness of edges $\xrightarrow{n}$ and $\xrightarrow{m}$, which would create a greater matching than $M$, and match $u \xrightarrow{m} y_{1}$, which is a contradiction
- As such, we have $u$, and then $k$ matching pairs $x \xrightarrow{m} y$, so $\lvert W \rvert > \lvert Z \rvert$.
- Finally, we know that every neighbor $w$ of $v \in W$ belongs to $Z$.
	- $v \in W$, so $v$ must be part of an alternating path
	- Either $w \xrightarrow{m} v$, so $w$ was visited before $v$
	- Or $v \xrightarrow{n} w$, so an alternating path exists that visits $v$, then $w$ *(though possibly having visited $w$ before).*
- $Z \supseteq N_{G}(W) \implies \lvert W \rvert > \lvert Z \rvert \geq \lvert N_{G}(W) \rvert$
	- In fact, $Z = N_{G}(W)$, since we couldn't have added an element to $Z$ without it being a neighbor of an element in $W$.
- $\implies \lvert W \rvert > \lvert N_{G}(W) \rvert$
