Our sampling campaign tracking the activity of #mammals and bats using #garden #ponds is nearly at an end! In this project, we set up an #emergence trap, a #camera trap, and a #bat detector at 80 garden ponds in #Budapest and surrounding areas. Details can be found in the photos and comments.

A simple demonstration for school kids showing how #fish can trigger #algal blooms in small ponds 🐟 #Tadpoles also do much better in fishless #ponds, which is great news for #frogs! 🐸 If you need the recipe to prepare this, leave your comments!
