I am one of those Beehiiv enjoyers! I do pay for the service out of necessity because one newsletters I run has a sizable sub count, but those paid features transfer to other newsletters which is nice (namely thinking of their ad network here, and ability to offer paid subscriptions).

Personally, I use my smallest sauce pot, disassemble the grinder, and cover with enough oat milk (and maybe a bit of water so the milk doesn't get too thick) bring it to a brief boil and then simmer on the lowest setting for 30-45+ minutes before using a silicone basting brush to "scrub" the pieces.
