I adopted a cat that had previously had a litter of kittens and mentioned the last two were still up for adoption while hanging out with some FaB friends. One friend decided he wanted to try having cats, and that's how I became Oliver Phi's mother-in-law. Bonus photo of them all together!

Ended 9-6 in #ptlondon (5-2 draft, CC you do the math lol) which I'm pretty happy with. Loved cheering on friends, and had a great time meeting all my opponents except one - my boyfriend, who I was paired against round TWO. I had to send him on the path to the calling where he's now 8-1! #fabtcg

This year, I got really tired of the pervasive sense of disbelonging in #fabtcg that comes from being a minority in the space. I nearly quit because of the toll it was taking. When I see LSS continue to support those who are so openly bigots, that exhaustion deepens, and obviously, I am not alone.

I'm sorry that the game had to be dragged out as long as it was when I was in a losing position, but I had to prove to myself that I was truly locked out of winning with my remaining damage. I know it wasn't the finals people hoped for, but as a player I enjoyed it nonetheless. (5/x)

I tricked myself into thinking I could rush him down after the initial combo turn before he could fully cast his CYBs and this ultimately was not the play. I think I have several outs as Rob Catton displayed in his quarters game, though it was going to be an uphill battle regardless. (4/x)

I know many people felt frustrated by CYB watching the finals game, but I'll say I didn't feel frustrated while playing. The deck posed a very interesting puzzle that I was ultimately unprepared to counter with 0 reps into CYB Enigma. (3/x)
