Another comm for @blue2rocky.bsky.social of his sona! They said I had free reign over the vibe of this picture and uh... leave it to me to go ham. 💦 Even sundown in a city can have its quiet and contemplative moments.

A black and blue-grey ram/lion hybrid leans against the wall of a building to sun himself, or just taking a breather. The rest of the picture shows high-rises in the distance washed in a sepia tone.

Had my love for Ben 10 stoked again and I forgot just how DARK the original series tended to get some of these episodes, holy -hell-. FYI, the Ghostfreak / Zs'Skayr episodes were always my favourite ones and still are. The series that came afterwards neutered him so badly.

Comm for @blue2rocky.bsky.social of his sona stored for safekeeping... or maybe he's just cozy and wants to be pet. All cats like boxes, and there ain't no such thing where a box -doesn't- fit. 🙂

A dark furred ram-lion hybrid stuffed inside of an open box, smiling sweetly at the viewer. It's a bit cramped, but it doesn't bother him any~

I got a sushi cutting mold for my birthday a couple weeks back and... guys. Guys... This sparked my love in making sushi all over again. And this time, I unlocked how to make sushi with fish and avocado slices along the top without it looking mangled. (the secret involves plastic wrap.)

A salmon and avocado roll, topped with thin slices of more of the filling along the tip, and garnished with sriracha and wasabi sauce with a ramekin of soy sauce in the center.

Kylee the Shimmering Only piece of art that I could work for #artfight, I am very sad about this fact. Something for my friend @meoshira.bsky.social I always have liked her character Kylee so finally did more than a quick sketch. #artfight2026

Kylee, the Ixitxachitl Kaiju looking at someone, with a big toothy smile.

Ran a sidequest in my personal DnD game for a few of my players and who knew drawing puppet versions of them could be so SATISFYING? And for context - the chars ran into puppet versions of themselves in a fey creature's closet and made friends out of them. c: Maybe there'll be more~?

Video evidence for JUST HOW SMALL this thing is. But hey, this combo for $27 is NOT a bad deal at all. This thing has twice the sensitivity of my -normal- tablet.

So TABLET UPDATE - turns out? The pen is busted. And since I didn't want to spend $17 for a pen on its own, I got an XP-Pen tablet bundle for $10 more which came with a new pen AND a mini-tablet! But guys. GUYS. This tablet is so freaking SMALL. It is literally -baby- tablet. It's so cute. 😭

Meo @meoshira.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

...aaaaand I think my tablet pen died. Because it was working fine this morning, now then it stuttered on the tablet for a couple hours and now it won't register at -all-. Goddammit. And this is a battery-free pen, too.

Attack #14 - and my final attack of 2026 - goes to R0utanen (using their Insta handle) of their fursona! I had it in me to do ONE more piece, so have another experimental one! Did completely by blockout/cut tool coloring! All done in about... 2 hours, I think?? #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A blue and teal rabbit-like creature wearing a grey trimmed hat flaring their massive fangs at the viewer. The inside of their mouth is shades of orange and their green and orange eyes have a manic look to them.

Attack #13 goes to Shaunothan of his kitsune boy Kaizo! I went ham on this one 'cause I wanted to draw Shaun's lad for AGES now and... I realize I really REALLY like painting food... #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A kitsune shifter with white and red hair tied back in a ponytail, wearing a orange and black jacket with sleeves up past the elbow and a rosary around his neck. His kitsune mask is worn off to one side of his head as his face underneath shows a fanged smirk and a X-shaped scar across his nose.

He presents a bowl of soup loaded with wontons to the viewer, with chopsticks in hand.

Attack #12 is a REVENGE this time! This one is for @eraser09.bsky.social to the very first attack they gave me of Serge, and now I return the favour. :3c This piece was admittedly a self-indulgent for me - it gave me a feeling of nostalgia for my OCT days~ #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

Nana Kaleido - an android girl with wild, spiky teal hair - nervously looks around her surroundings with a phone in hand. In the background are several free-floating screens glitched out with Serge in four of them, his expressions getting more and more panicked and frantic, as if screaming out a warning...

CW: Blood / Viscera Attack #11 is for Microgrotesque of their little fraid warden Shrike! A monster tried to throw hands, but never underestimate the small folk. :') Another experimental piece, been having fun with these Newsprint texture brushes, can you tell? #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

Shrike, a small black and white creature with a catlike body and bird like feet, with two ornamental blue and white feathers on their head. Their back is facing the viewer and their forepaws are caked in fresh blood.

In the background is a bloodied, gutted corpse of a leonine/bull-like monster with its ribcage cracked open and entails spilling from the open wound.

Attack #10 goes to @donnyanne.bsky.social of her boy Rocco! I'm getting the hang of using tones and wanted to do a limited palette experiment and this was the result! ...too bad Rocco has plans for you. :))) He just wants to talk. #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

A man with canine features - namely in the pointed ears and the elongated fangs - and wild, unkempt hair that spills over his shoulders.. He looks mischievously at the viewer with torn caution tape stretched across a brick backdrop.

Attack #9 is on @sourspecter.bsky.social of their little pegasus lad Truff! Gotta have an expert forager on your side to identify what fruits and plants are safe to eat... and you DON'T eat the funny mushrooms. #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

Truff, a short, fluffy alpaca-like pegasus of a stocky build with brown-grey appaloosa markings on his off-white fluff with a mane of moppy brown hair obscuring his eyes. He wears a yellow ribbon around his neck with a gold bell in its center and a set of saddlebags on his sides full of bluish-purple berries.

ATTACK #5! REVENGE for @meoshira.bsky.social! What secrets do you hold, Mr. Pitch? #artfight #artfight2026

A card-like portrait of the imp entity, Mr. Pitch. He smiles and stares forward ominously, his eyes bright with a yellow glow. Smoke wisps out from the corners of his mouth, twisting up towards the top of the image.

Slight break from ArtFight to update one of my current char refs! Kylee had recently hit lvl. 12 in her respective campaign, and due to absorbing an artifact of untold power, she gets a new look along with it! Also the cloudy/wispy look of her hide is a side effect from her Warlock Pact!

A ref sheet of my Ixitxachitl Bard (College of Colour) / Warlock (Tempest Patron), Kylee! The manta ray-like creature has an off-white hide with a white opalescent underside, and a large, gold 8-pointed star in the center of her chest. On her shoulders is a gold swirl that runs down her shoulderblades towards her back, and each wing has three "pleats" similar to the pinfeathers of wings, each tipped with a swirl-like pattern - lavender on the outer edge, sky blue in the middle, then seafoam green on the innermost frond. Her long tail is striped with these colours in a pattern like tiger stripes, then tipped with a soft yellow, like it's glowing.

She has two "locks" of hair that stick up on her head, with a little light purple stripe running down the largest one. Around her eyes are *literal* wingtips, fashioned similar to eyeshadow and opalescent in colour. Her eyes are a sky blue, and her irises are hot pink with a golden center. Flanking her cheeks are stylized cepheliac lobes (aka, the "lobes" on a manta ray), but tipped in a "claw" like the mandible of an insect. These "claws" are purple in colour. Her cheeks are also flecked with blue freckles.

Lastly, she wears a sleeveless bomber coat that is navy blue in colour with steely blue fur accents around the neck and arm openings, which she wears as a "vest".

Attack #8 is for @fruitfossil.bsky.social of Veronica Wade and the mysterious Mr. Bouquet! I stumbled across their comic by chance one day and I couldn't resist drawing this absolute QUEEN and her demon partner of the Weird West~ 👀 What's he gonna tell her~? #artfight #artfight2026 #teamcomedy

Two individuals are in an embrace - a plus-size human girl with short, spiky blue hair and a dark tanktop, and a hulking purplish-skinned stocky man with demonic features, namely pointed ears, fangs, yellow eyes, and long, wild dark hair with white streaks throughout. Veronica - the blue haired girl - looks nervous, as Mr. Bouquet - the demonic individual - pulls her close to whisper something to her.

Artfight starts today, but amongst the influx of free art made with love, please remember to commission your artists whose livehoods may depend on it. Artfight is not about the money, but many creators have pages like ko-fi, patreon, etc. if you wish to show appreciation of their work that way. 😌
