My family ditched screens for all of Sunday. We notified friends/family that we would not be checking texts (but would answer calls). We jotted notes on paper. We used clocks for the time. We read, played, walked, planted, talked. So freeing! We all want to do it again! #mentalhealth #bloomscrolling
