Day three of being ghosted by the people I trusted with the parts of myself that I'm most ashamed of. I was at rock bottom and trusted them to catch me. They left me instead. The hurt I have been processing is indescribable.

Every day I appreciate the human element of art more and more. Was the coffee you were drinking when you rendered that eye sweet or bitter? Did you stop to get caught up in a story with your friends halfway through detailing that fabric? Did you feel the sun the day you redrew that arm?

I'm in the habit of making art regularly but I do it for myself and really only show my friends in discord. I have mixed opinions about this. There's no reason I SHOULDNT post it here, but I feel a little proud about just drawing for myself and not for public feedback, too.

Chantrieri Gortash, Thot Daughter. I really gotta do this Mucha-inspired style more often. Like all the time more often. It suits me so well. I originally did/was going to add so much more to this, but simplicity suits her better. #OCsky #tiefling #vogue #servingcunt #batflower #Chantrieri

A pale tiefling woman in a chic black dress and big floppy hat. Her horns peek out the top of the hat's brim, and she has a polished red lip. Behind her is a simplified illustration of her namesake, Tacca Chantrieri, AKA the Batflower. The shapes of the neckline on her dress and the shape made by her knee peeking out of a slit in the dress mirror the shape of the batflower's petal-like bracts. The style of the art is a mix of Mucha and a vingtage Vogue ad.

The Four Children of Henson. When I die, please muppitify me and put my organs in these silly guys. Some days you get hit with an idea, google it, don't see anything, then know it's your obligation to put that idea out into the world. (More info on this fever dream in the alt text / replies.)

Canopic Jars, but it's the muppets: Sam Eagle as Qebehsenuef, Miss Piggy as Duamutef, Kermiit as Imsetii, and Fozzie Bear as Hapi. The muppets are in color, but the jars are in sandstone. Drop shadows and texutre were added to give the piece a subtle construction paper look and feel (the illustration is vector).

The jars are lightly embosseed with heiroglyphs. It's just a font with likely no meaninig, but these were typeset as:
Sam: But Mostly America
Piggy: No Oinks Given
Kerm: Not Easy Being Green
Fozzie: Wokka Wokka Wokka

Felt good to bang something quick out in two days rather than two weeks!!! My dingus Caleb as a mershark. Why? Dunno. Wanted to. Happy Early MerMay, it won't happen again. #OCsky #CalebGortash #MerMay #Underwater #Tigershark

Mori's OC Caleb in the form of a mer tiger shiark. He is underwater near the surface. His humanoid upper body is bent backwards as if he was going to breach the water's surface, then pulled backwards to loop back down and away. He is giving a sharp, toothy smile to the viewer. The tiger-like stripe-spots on his shark back continue up onto his shoulders and upper arms. His ears are finned, blue-tipped.

“It’s not too late. I can buy you that simple house near the water. Stock your larder and cellar. Send you paints and canvases. One, maybe two cats.” FINALLY finished this. 2.5 years later, I'm still obsessed with my tav and her scoundrel 🖤 #Gortash #EnverGortash #BG3 #Tav #Ixtash #BG3fanart

Ixora visits her ex-situationship Enver Gortash in his fortress atop Wyrm's Rock. He attempts to coerce her into joining and supporting his rule, recalling their better days a decade prior.

Enver stands behind Ixora, lips resting at the back of the junction of her neck and shoulder. His right hand, clad in rings and gauntlet, wraps around Ixora's shoulder to gently hold her chin between thumb and forefinger. Her gloved hand rests unsure over the back of his. His left hand delicately holds her left wrist, lifted up near her shoulder as if to protest and push him away, which she doesn't.

Ixora wears the +2 padded armor dyed bloody plum. Enver wears his signature drip.

A close-up on the art in the retweet that showcases Enver's right, gauntleted hand, the lower half of Ix's face, and her pdded armor from the chest up.

A close-up on the art in the retweet that showcases Enver's left thand, Ix's right, and that damnable dragon-pattterned collar of his.

A close-up on the art in the retweet that showcases the lower half, specifically their clothing / Enver's stupid goddamn gold sleeves (those were hard).

A close crop showing Enver Gortash's right hand, clad in rings and gauntlet, wrapping around Ixora's shoulder to hold her chin. Her gloved hand rests over the back of his, not pulling him away. His left hand delicately holds her left, lifted up near her shoulder as if to protest and push away, which she doesn't. His mouth rests in a sort of teasing kiss at the top of her shoulder. There is a fuckton of detail in their attire, and some gentle shading. My shoulder hurts.

I've posted a lot of my Ixora/Gortash firstborn, Caleb, but this was my first time actually drawing his younger sister, Chanrtieri (Eri)! She's a spicy gorl. She turned out pretty perfect, and this might be the best I've ever drawn tiefling ridges. #OCsky #BG3OCs #tiefling #blorbo #Gortashspawn

A young tiefling woman who is visibly (to the aritst, anyways) offspring of my elf BG3 Tav Ixora and Gnver Gortash. She has pale skin and short bone-white horns and has a number of piercings, including on the space of her tail. She wears a maroon bikini and is unbuttoning a sheer black coverup with a spiderweb pattern.

She is a clockwork sorcerer, so there are floating gears in the background. (A Daddy's Girl, this one.)

While I always liked to draw, I credit the Dreamfinder and Figment (and Disney in general) for inspiring me. I will never forget the absolute WONDER of seeing an actor and Figment in person as a kid. It was absolute magic to me. Thats why I love both art AND cosplay. Play is everything.

A photo from EPCOT in the 1990s. A character acteer is dressed as The Dreamfinder. He cradles a full-size figment (puppet) in his (fake) arm. The two used to greet and play with kids outside of the ride.
