This is why I follow @raygunsite.com and hit their store when we come back to Ames. People like these trolls need to be outed and shown that what they say does have consequences. I hate that this family had to deal with weak idiots like this.

We've launched a GoFundMe campaign so we can defend our property in the Diamond bankruptcy case. The full story is at the link but basically, Diamond is trying to take consignment inventory that they don't own and sell it to pay big creditors. TY for help and shares! www.gofundme.com/f/support-gr...

I'm very glad to see that LEGO is doing more diversity in their figures. My son has an awesome fig in his newest set.

Heard something I love from Coy Jandreau on the recent Reel Rejects video. The quote comes around the 26th minute. "I would never take advice from this person, why should I take criticism. If I don't value their opinion enough to get up, why would I value their opinion enough to take me down."

Unfortunately, after 21 years with us, Gracie has passed away. The past couple of days were really rough, but she isn't in pain anymore. 22 to 23 years is a good life for a cat, so we feel lucky to have had her in our lives the past 21. She will be missed.

Always good to have family come and visit... even better when they bring you three pounds of Wisconsin cheese curds freshly packed that morning.

I'm feeling accomplished this weekend. Finally found the mod that was crashing Baldur's Gate 3 on me, and I also started going through my clothes to do a Goodwill run. Losing almost 70 lbs means I can get rid of a lot of clothes!

Today is Bandcamp Friday! I always suggest my friends in A Sound of Thunder @asot-band.bsky.social as they are awesome people and their music, especially the album The Krimson Kult, is very on the nose for our current climate. asot.bandcamp.com/music

Repost with your favorite Metal "sub-genre", and the band that got you into it. Favorite: Symphonic Metal Band: Kamelot Found them during my very brief Napster phase as I was searching for the Czech Men's Choir of the same name. (Wife did part of her student tea hing in the Czech Republic)
