If an expansion draft happens for 29-30, and the rules are the same as the past 2 expansions, and all forwards with NMCs don't go anywhere (because they don't have to) Barkov and Lundell will have to be left unprotected. 😳

Hey George, I've asked a number of times, in a number of places, where on the FHN website can we access our accounts. It used to be there. I never get an answer. So I'm going to tell my credit card company to start rejecting your charges.

George, after your site redesign I can't find where I go to manage my account. I need to change my payment method . Where do I do that now?

What makes it even better is it forces the Leafs down to 6 so they have to give their pick to the Bruins

I lost my wife yesterday after her courageous 1.5 year battle with cancer. And the Cats lost their biggest fans. In '96, from the 2nd row, she stood by me and watched the Avs skate the cup in our barn. I'm so glad she got to see the Cats win 2 cups. I'm really missing her as I watch tonight's game.

How great would it be if the Canes can’t get him signed and Zito uses that cap space to bring him back and take care of our goaltending need for next season

Don’t get depressed. This is next year with $11M+ in cap space and maybe a top 10 first round pick. We do need goalies. I trust Zito.

George I tried to put this in the comments in the article, but it wouldn't let me. I think you have a typo. You say we are getting $4.8M relief on Barkov's cap hit. I think you meant $3.8M.

Hey Cats fans, have you been watching @thgyoutube.bsky.social videos where he is ranking all his jerseys (over 650 jerseys). Well tomorrow he will do the final 10. Im interested to see if our reverse retro makes it. I haven’t seen it yet, and I can’t believe he would leave it out. I’ll be watching.

🏆🏆 Mellanby’s Dead Rat 🐀 🏒 👻 @mellanbysdeadrat.bsky.social · 27/09/2025

They would probably need to retain about 36% so we wouldn't have to trade anyone ($10M - $4.5M that we are currently over). Which is great because he's under contract for next year also. Next year we have no cap issues. Barkov, Crosby, Bennett, Lundell all centers when other teams can't find a 2C

So the country that actually is trying to bring jobs back to the U.S., and has been doing so long before Trump tariffs, gets targeted by ICE. Clearly they are desperate just to get big numbers of arrest to meet quotas (probably imposed by Steven Miller). So dumb.

George, I tried to comment in the articles comments section, put it doesn’t appear to be working. I was going to mention that I’ve read that the in season LTIR rules were also coming in early, and that would mean instead of having $9.5M relief for Chucky, we only get $3.8M. That is the max amount.

Last week, Boston received a letter from AG Bondi threatening to prosecute officials and withhold funds unless we cooperate with carrying out mass deportations. The US Attorney General asked for a response by today, so here it is: stop attacking our cities to hide your administration’s failures.

Shannon, the way you are talking about deferred money is misleading. You said the deferred $2M didn’t count against the cap. That’s not accurate. The actual amount not in the AAV is under $500k. That is the time value of that payment being delayed (discounted interest rate).
