I enjoy diving into other cultural cuisines while traveling and will eat out at restaurants or order in. But I love cooking for myself just as much. It never feels like a chore to me and always feels like a form of therapy. Plus I get to make everything just the way I like it.

I decided to stop updating the monitoring spirits on my life on Instagram in 2023 after posting since 2015. I unfollowed everyone and went private but didn’t deactivate it. Deleted it from my phone and never looked at again. My life improved considerably.

Telling women to modify their behavior to avoid being victims of violent crime ignores the actual issue of predators being predatory. Predators like a challenge and still telling victims they are responsible absolves the predator completely.

Visiting the Batu Caves in Malaysia was such a beautiful majestic experience. The monkeys were cute and well-behaved. I didn’t even mind that it was raining by the time I got there. My legs certainly felt the climb up and down those 272 steps but it was worth it.

What I thought was a blackhead grew into an epidermal cyst under my skin after I attempted to extract it. It wasn’t painful but was an annoying blemish on my otherwise clear skin for years. It was such a relief to get it removed while in Jakarta, Indonesia for a fraction of what it costs in the U.S.

Kuala Lumpur’s train system was easy to figure out. The subways and trains are very clean. KL Sentral station is connected to a huge mall where you can shop and eat to kill time in between routes. #KlSentral
