this reveals SO MUCH about legacy media

A young minister found the two women lying on the floor who lost their consciousness. The help died, but the mother and the baby survived. Later they found out it was a planned suicide, in which she almost killed two people bc of it. I wonder what made her do it.

Doing a research on the 100-year-old Hetzendorf Parish Church when I came across this story. In 1940, the wife of a sacristan just got a baby when she got sick. They employed a help. One day, the aide tried to warm up some milk but she switched both knobs of the gas stove.

Every time I read a post like this : “Nobody's freakin watching this show and it's so new that theres no fandom for it so I have no idea how to tag things lmao” I wonder if people use the hashtags and check out the posts under them. It just pisses me off. The utter laziness.

Also, in the historical novel, Inuo was recruited to release Oniyasha (Motokiyo) from artist’s slump after his father’s death thereby Yoshimitsu installing him as a Companion of Arts. Not 2mention that it was also Kan’ami when he was still alive who recommended the introverted dancer 2d shogunate.

At least in the historical novel that I read Yoshimoto was portrayed as a mentor though he was an avid fan of Zeami’s.

100

ely yeah @melancoliaesque.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

Nijō Yoshimoto’s characterisation is much more lewd and pervert in the manga tbh. I don’t know if the whole thing was a compensation to the real relationship between Yoshimitsu and Zeami though.

They act as an adviser, mentor, or a confidante. But there’s a blurred distinction of wanting to continue the past unaware through (or using the) the child bc they still love and miss the parent, the original love. And that makes everything so complicated. 3/3

ely yeah @melancoliaesque.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

These children upon growing up have found themselves drawn to their parents’ exes, either by design or fate. Either they might be aware or not of the past between a parent and this person, who is drawn equally to them. 2/3

Either as a reading or writing preferences: In the course of consuming different types of media, I have realised that i become enamoured to stories of lovers who get separated. They fall in love with other people and beget children. 1/3

Trying to finish a Tsukasa Akeuraji/Jun Yodaka #YodaTsuka fan fic before the 4th of September, just in time for Tsukasa’s birthday. Heard from the grapevine that the film release will be be announced later today. 7 pm in Tokyo.

Heard from Japanese summer festival: Kid 1, 6 YO: I want a 👘! Kid 2, 4 YO: Me too, me too! Father: What is that nonsense? Before you buy a kimono, we’ll buy you a dirndl first! 😈

I need resources when writing explicit M/M scenes. So far the former Poppy Z. Brite whose novel “Exquisite Corpse” is giving me a lot of ideas. So raw. So powerful. So I am rereading it.

Searched for jacuzzi and men and how they behave when taking a dip together. Not so many sources so I have to tweak my story. I could imagine but ahhh…

This is the first time someone asked if they could translate one of my fanfics of #GlassHeart (to another language) with Sho Takaoka and Naoki Fujitani as a pair.

Then in the middle of writing I sort of changed my mind. The joy wouldn’t last. Past transgressions work like karma. All in all, am on my way to make it harder for Tsukasa.

open.spotify.com/track/72PJ6v... So heartbroken with Medalist’s Chapter 60 that I wanted to make it better for Tsukasa. So I wrote a sort of fix-it while listening to this Nick Cave song.

Somehow I cannot trust the whole thing. Peter Magyar’s party is centre-right. They might have opposed Orban and co. and they are more pro-EU, but are they going to support human right ideals?

Anyway I am trying hard not to suck into another fandom. Right now I am satisfied watching the beautiful sceneries and exquisite narrative of #agentsofthefourseasons

Found a really sexy, beautifully crafted, right up to my alley #Medalist PWP with #YodaTsuka as the main pair and I can’t stop feeling inferior with my own writing. I love the premise. I have written the aftermath of the Episode 18, but in a different fashion. archiveofourown.org/works/82221761

Seller 1: Ah, no I mean, Easter eggs bc you’ll get 10% reduced more. Me: oh, I thought you meant metaphorically. Heh! Seller 2: now you’ve found one Easter egg! (Placing a plastic Easter egg on the table top) Me: ah, thank you!

Conversations in a flea market : Seller 1: so you’ve found Easter eggs, eh? Me: (pointing at the album vinyls I found: from The Supremes to Stravinsky to Beatles Let It Be era to Schubert to Rolling Stones to Bob Dylan) YES! So many Easter eggs! (The prices ranged from 10 to 1 euro)

I am waiting for the day the high and mighty men and women go down from their pedestal with the release of the Epstein papers. Albeit slowly. They are crumbling now. I hope it doesn’t stop.

The world is so ugly. I can’t bear to look at the news anymore. From traitor Filipino senators to powerful men who rape, kill and harm women and their co-conspirators and enablers.

The “antisocial women” were said to be homeless, unemployed, lesbian sex workers, homosexual women, womenfolk who was deemed “abnormal” in the society.

Next time I’m going to visit the 23rd Pavilion at the Otto Wagner Areal. It is a special case of rehabilitation wherein antisocial women during the WW2. Nazis began to perform heinous crimes in this huge compound, a city within a city.

Not particularly Paul Anka, but Sinatra, and all the good old records my parents and this old neighbour used to play on Sunday from his turntable.

When I was a kid I used to have a neighbour who played his vinyls, especially Frank Sinatra and Paul Anka records, every Sunday. From late mornings to early evenings. You could hear him. A sign of weekend. And now, am finding myself doing the same thing.
