University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents voted to consolidate Georgia Southern University and East Georgia State College Tuesday. It still needs approval from SACSCOC. The board also set flat in-state tuition rates but increased out-of-state and country rates. www.wabe.org/georgia-univ...
