basically it's on the subject of the mysterious ancient talking to wol in 7.5: they use 君 (kimi) - can't be emet (uses お前 omae) - can't be hyth (uses キミ kimi, different spelling) - can't be venat (uses あなた anata) so a jp poster remembered this npc who goes "you, could you be... no, never mind"

qifrey and the star........
