In our tradition, a concept or a figure becomes more 'real' the more it is spoken about. The Dragon Lord could have come from many places -- the primordial darkness, the abyss of space, the heart of Arceus, the heart of man. All are true until they're not. All make the Dragon Lord more tangible.
