I've been missing Scream I also miss Hegemony's tentacle wing snake... 👀 #shmiart #FFXIVART #FFXIV

Fanart of Hegemony from FFXIV'S Pandaemonium raids in the Endwalker Expansion, referenced and inspired by the lovely render of her model by
@sundownageha! A woman with a short pinkish bob, bright deranged green eyes and pale skin with green veiny markings in a dull greenish black robe. She is sitting in the air, held aloft by tentacle & claw-like wings that are wrapped around her chest like the roots of a plant.

- Shal'anath, the Huntress - Another spirit that Caerisia can now summon to fight, not at her side, but by transforming her spirit entirely.🕷️🌑 I'll post about this here later. Since I'm doing between commissions, I don't have time for a full story (sadly). #ocart - #worldofwarcraft

i think ppl would be a lot happier and better-adjusted on here if they realized that being online on a website is like being in any other casual public space full of people. if u walk into walmart u dont immediately think to yourself “i have to be friends with everyone in this walmart and if not everyone likes me i’m a failure” and u really shouldn’t feel that way online either. likewise if there’s a guy in the walmart parking lot shouting obscenities u probably wouldn’t answer him and that’s literally an exact equivalent to some of the weird stuff that people on here seem to feel they’re obligated to respond to.

Putting my ffxiv character Zhai through the blender today. :)

Full page image continuing the prior scene - zhai has stood up, upending her chair and scatters papers and books across the room in unmitigated frustration.

Text reads: "Damn it!!" 🖌️

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Criticality is actually a powerful voidsent, probably roughly classified as 3rd rung akin to Ferdiad. He is nerfed significantly by the armor that binds him though, and he's languished in prison for over a century, so his actual threat level varies.
