A Portuguese pastry got me thinking about least privilege. An AI agent using my permissions may inherit access I no longer need. I'd compare what it can reach with what its task actually requires. #AIGovernance

Exactly - When an agent acts autonomously, you need an audit trail that makes every action traceable. Otherwise, ownership gets a lot harder when something goes wrong.

Governance Makes AI Work in Healthcare: Managing Privacy and Security in Real Workflows
AI is changing healthcare governance. Kuma Partner and EVP of Privacy & Security Jenn Johnson shares how privacy, security, and trust are evolving with AI.

Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 24/08/2026
The gap that breaks trust is rarely dramatic. It shows up in vendor tools that were never properly vetted, policies that do not reflect what the organization actually does, and AI already touching patient data before anyone mapped where it was being used.

Healthcare organizations blocking AI adoption entirely are not gaining safety. They are losing visibility. Jenn Johnson, EVP of Privacy and Security at Kuma, has spent her career watching what happens when governance cannot keep pace with where AI is already operating inside healthcare workflows.

A committee is not an answer. A roadmap is not an answer. A department name is not an answer. The goal is reliable delegation. Not autonomy.

An agent without a clear owner is not an innovation project. It is an unmanaged actor inside your business. Who owns the outcome when it sends the wrong instruction, updates the wrong record, or silently stops doing the thing people have started to rely on?

86% of organizations delayed AI agent rollouts by an average of six months. Gartner predicts over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by end of 2027. The technology is not the problem. Ownership is.

Two Lawyers Lost to an AI. Here's the Part That Actually Matters.
A freelancer beat two lawyers using AI for $400. Two elite law firms got embarrassed by the same tech. The real difference was who reviewed it.
000
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 20/08/2026
The difference was not the AI. It was the handoff. Garfield used AI to prepare everything, then handed the advocacy to a human barrister at the exact moment judgment was required. The firms that got burned skipped that moment entirely.

Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 20/08/2026
A freelancer paid £400 to an AI law firm. She was owed £7,000. The other side showed up with a solicitor and a barrister. She won. Both the claim and the counterclaim against her. In the same stretch, two elite law firms had to self-report AI hallucinations in actual court filings.

82% of business leaders call this the pivotal year to redesign with AI. 62% of employees feel their leaders are overlooking the emotional cost of doing so. That gap is where small business AI adoption quietly breaks down.

How to structure AI-first organizations
Three tips for creating successful org charts

82.7% of organizations are confident in their ability to prevent unauthorized AI data access. Among those same confident organizations, 62% still experienced AI-related unauthorized access incidents. Confidence and control are not the same thing.
100
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 14/08/2026
Most org charts were built to show who reports to whom. They were not built for a world where AI agents can draft, analyze, route, and initiate actions without direct supervision. That gap is where accountability quietly disappears.
100
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 13/08/2026
The organizations navigating this well are not the ones with the most training programs, but ones where leaders model accountability out loud, define clear boundaries for autonomy, and treat governance as a cultural practice rather than a policy document. Read on: www.avepoint.com/shifthappens...

AI Literacy Is the New Leadership Imperative for Organizations
Explore how AI literacy is essential for leadership in today's organizations. Learn about the shift from training to governance in the age of agentic AI.
010
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 13/08/2026
The gap between trained and ready is widening precisely as agentic AI enters the enterprise. When AI moves beyond responding to prompts and starts coordinating workflows and influencing decisions, literacy stops being about familiarity. It becomes about judgment, accountability, and governance.
100
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 13/08/2026
99.5% of organizations already implement some form of AI literacy intervention. Yet more than four in ten employees are minimally prepared to work alongside AI agents. Exposure to AI does not guarantee readiness for it.

Salesforce's newest AI tools like Einstein 1 and Agentforce are only as useful as the data foundation underneath them.
100
Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 07/08/2026
Poor data management in the public sector creates three compounding risks: heightened vulnerability to cyberattacks, operational inefficiencies that erode public trust, and non-compliance penalties that are harder to recover from than in the private sector.

Dux Raymond Sy @meetdux.bsky.social · 07/08/2026
Salesforce has over 50 individual use cases across government agencies. And the average cost of a data breach is almost $5 million. For public sector organizations handling citizen data, that number carries political and legal consequences too.

Utilizing AI as an Organizational Truth Serum
NOBL Founder Bud Caddell explains why AI is a forcing function that exposes org priorities, incentives, and how decisions really get made.

The technology is rarely what gets in the way. Unspoken decision rules. Deferred trade-offs. Friction that nobody has named yet. These are what AI exposes, and what organizations have to confront before anything scales.

Better Together: How Creatives Can Benefit From Generative AI
Despite the awesome power of generative tech, its true value is found when it is used in combination with the creative mind, not as a substitute.

That is the tapping-the-bridge instinct. Most organizations do not develop it until after an incident forces the question. One move if you are building AI agents right now: pick one agent already in production and write down who is actually accountable for it.

At our Agentic AI workshop in Seoul with Microsoft Korea, the room moved past the excitement quickly. The questions were not about how to adopt AI faster. They were about who owns it, who reviews it, and who gets called when something goes wrong.

돌다리도 두들겨 보고 건너라. Even a stone bridge should be tapped before you cross it. 98% of AI companies in South Korea do not yet have a compliance system in place for the AI Basic Act that took effect in January. The bridge looks solid. Almost nobody has tapped it yet.

More clouds does not mean more agility. Without unified governance, multi-cloud environments introduce integration challenges, security inconsistencies, and costs that quietly compound until someone asks why innovation feels slower than it did before.
