That is why my dental hygiene routine is: 1) Flossing using Plackers (the floss do not break like other brands) 2) Water flossing with Philips waterpik after Plakers. 3) Tooth brushing with fluoride paste after meals. 4) Nightime mouthwash with fluoride. Health starts in the mouth!
