Yesterday I got to check out plans for the former Hancock building's observation deck. 360 Chicago's deck is currently on the 94th floor — but by 2027, the deck will have a three-story atrium so visitors can catch a new glimpse of the city views. chicago.suntimes.com/entertainmen...
