several years ago i was in a similar spot -- minus the health issues due to a promise she'd made to my parents, my sister helped me she was an angel for doing so, & also extremely strict about certain rules i'm grateful i haven't needed such support since then & hope the same for your brother

to their credit, i got a virtual visit and was seen by a doc within 30 minutes. they resolved my issue within 5 minutes. virtual is now the way to go, if the situation warrants it
