It's only worth going back to the Moon if it makes us look properly again at Earth, and appreciate how beautiful, precious and fragile what we have here is. The most famous images from Apollo aren't about the Moon - they're pictures of Earth. We need to stop taking our home for granted.

The shocking, violent reality of what bottom trawling does to the seabed and its creatures is filmed and shown for the first time in Ocean with David Attenborough. And then, after all that, three quarters of the catch is thrown away. This is must-watch footage. www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzG9...

Your periodic reminder net zero is a scientific term referring to the balance of anthropogenic emissions and carbon sinks required to stop temperatures spiralling out of control, bringing with them drastically increased risk of food insecurity, catastrophic weather, and civilisation-level disaster.

Climate action is like a giant boulder already past its tipping point and rolling downhill toward a greener future. Governments + corporations can slow it—with serious consequences for people and planet alike—but they can't push it back up the hill. Gravity, history, and progress are on our side.
A giant boulder that's just over the peak of the hill and starting to head downhill, with many hands behind it.
